• MB Bosch EDC17CP01 (FID:207) added to MB Bosch EDC17 CAN module in test mode
• Maserati with Bosch EDC17C79 is now supported with FID:107

Master/Slave fixes:

• Fixed uploading file with correct checksum for slave. Now master will be asked about uploading.
