VF2 Flasher files support details

Since VF2 Flasher opened Master functions for Toyota Denso Ecus there are many requests are coming to us from this device.

We wanna u to have an attention about file format u are reading.

VF2 allows u to read ecu in 3 modes:

1. ALL mode (by default) - it reads flash and eeprom in 1 file and names it like 89663-0KM61-_All.bin

2. INT.FLASH mode - it reads flash only and names it like 89663-0KM61-_IntFlash.bin

3. EXT.EEP - it reads eeporm only

For now we are supporting both files readed with INT.FLASH and ALL mode!
