Update BitEdit 0.3

So, we have an update ver0.3 and the main point of it - ability to edit DTC Errors with modules Toyota Denso Diesel 1,2,3 and Bosch MSE3.

Also we add support about 10 Toyota and Lexus new SW files in editor.
